Reiki Newbury
Reiki is a holistic healing system which treats the whole person on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotions at our Newbury salon using an unlimited supply of life force energy. It was brought to the West by Dr Mikao Usui.
The effects of a Reiki treatment can sometimes be quite dramatic giving the client great energy to face and deal with the ‘real’ world and even the stresses of every day life.
Althought some practitioners do not use touch to carry out the treatment, I prefer the sense of touch and feel the treatment is more effective this way.
In order to carry out this Reiki treatment, you will be lying on your back for at least an hour and I will do my best to ensure that you are comfortable throughout the treatment.
